At Vinska Photography, we take pride in the quality of our photographic work and customer satisfaction. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
This policy applies to customers located in Canada and internationally, and is governed by applicable laws in Quebec, Canada.
1. Digital Products (Photo Downloads)
All digital products, including downloadable photographs, are final sale.
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the digital file has been delivered or accessed.
If you experience any technical issue with downloading or accessing your files, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
2. Physical Products (Printed Photos & Framed Artwork)
We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order prints
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Return shipping costs are waived only if the item was defective or incorrect
